1) the Policy was deliberately failing student. Only Elite Vietnam student could apply for school because of the failing policy only some children near around 400 was able to pass the school leaving examination. They do that so that student could not apply for highly paid job.



2) the war had a bad effect on Vietnam as well as United States many criticize the war and the war was considered a greatest threat to National self determination and International cooperation when the youth was drafted in the war the angle spread in US the war also causes economic stress on Vietnam many of the Vietnamese loses their life
