1. Trade with Indian profitable for the EIC (East Indian company) as the india was the special for them because they got lots of fresh spicefrom our country and also they got many fresh articles from here. That is what made our contry special for them.

2. Farmers were being exploited and oppressed in different ways neeley Britishers under khurki and teenkathiya system.

3. These cartridges were said to be greased with animals fat. Hindus and Muslims regarded this as an attempt on pollute themselves and their religion. This produced the spark for the first war of independence.

4. The English educated middle class, the rich merchants, trades and zamindar of Bengal helped the British suppress of revolt.

5. The educated Indians realise that the British wanted to keep Indian poor and backward .This realisation and united the Indians.
