1(i) In the given figure, find the value of xº.

Here we can clearly see AB is a tangent to the circle hence :-

angle BAO = 90°

using angle sum property in triangle AOB:-

90 + 30 + angle AOB = 180

angle AOB = 60°

now using linear pair

X°+ 60 = 180

X° = 120°
