2(x - 3) = 14 - 3x

(2x - 6)  = 14 - 3x

2x - 6  = 14 - 3x

2x + 3x = 14 + 6

5 {x}  = 20

 {x} =  \frac{20}{5}

 {x}  = 4

Solve:-

➝ 2(x - 3) = 14 - 3x

➝ 2x - 6 = 14 - 3x [∵Multiplying 2(x - 3) = 2x - 6]

➝ 3x + 2x = 14 + 6 [∵Combining the integer having x in one side]

➝ 5x = 20

➝ x = 20/5

x = 4

Verification:-

⇢ Substituting the value of x:

⇢ 2(4 - 3) = 14 - 3(4) [∵x = 4]

⇢ 2(1) = 14 - 12

⇢ 2 = 2

Value of x = 4
