Step-by-step explanation:

[1]if 2 is zero of polynomial,

4(2)^2-6(2)-k=0

16-12-k=0

k=4

[2]p(2√2)=(2√2)^2-2√2(2√2)+1=8-8+1=1

therefore,p(2√2)=1
