much is gained?​

Gain = 30 /-

Solution :

Given,

24 m of wire,

CP = 14.50 × 24 = 348

SP = 15.75 × 24 = 378

Gain = SP - CP

= 378 - 348

= 30 /-

Gain percent = Gain/CP × 100

= 30/348 × 100

= 8.6%
