Explanation:

2 C6H12O6  → H2O  + C12H22O11

We have 60 g C12H22O11 and 200 g H20

now we need to see which element have got less moles

Molar mass of sugar is 342                  Molar mass of water is 18

60 g/342 =0,17 mole C12H22O11

200g/18=11,11 mole H20

We have to use C12H22O11 beacuse has got less moles

2 C6H12O6 =360 g/mol

360 ---------------342                    360 x 60=342 x X

x---------------------60g                    21600 divide 342

                                                     x=63,15 g C6H12O6
