1. If a = 2, b = 3 find the value of the following algebraic expressions.
(a) 3a + 2b
(b) 2a - b​

Solution :-

  • Value of a = 2.
  • Value of b = 3.

(A) Answer :- 12.

➠ 3a + 2b.

➠ 3(2) + 2(3)

➠ 6 + 6.

➠ 12.

(B) Answer :- 1.

➠ 2a – b.

➠ 2(2) – 3.

➠ 4 – 3.

➠ 1.

Therefore, The Answers are :- 12 and 1.
