Answer:

a is -9

b is -6

now

a-b=-9-(-6)

=-9+6=-3

and b-a=-6-(-9)

-6+9

=3

hence these are not equal

( a - b ) = -9 -(-6) = -9+6 = -3 ----> LHS

( a - b ) = -9 -(-6) = -9+6 = -3 ----> LHS( b - a ) = -6 -(-9) = -6+9 = +3 ----> RHS

( a - b ) = -9 -(-6) = -9+6 = -3 ----> LHS( b - a ) = -6 -(-9) = -6+9 = +3 ----> RHSHENCE,

( a - b ) = -9 -(-6) = -9+6 = -3 ----> LHS( b - a ) = -6 -(-9) = -6+9 = +3 ----> RHSHENCE,LHS ≠ RHS
