given: 4 cosec@=5

=> cosec@= 5/4

=> sin@= 4/5= opp/hyp

by pythagoras, adj= 3units

sec@= hyp/adj= 5/3

tan@= opp/adj= 4/3

sec²@ - tan²@= (5/3)² - (4/3)²

= 25/9 -16/9

= (25-16)/9

= 9/9

= 1
