Answer:

 \sin( \alpha )  =   \frac{4}{5}

Pythagoras theorem

(5k )²=( 4k )²+ x² ( x here is the adjacent side )

25k² = 16k² + x²

9k² = x²

x = 3k

so

 \cos( \alpha )  =  \frac{3}{5}

and

 \tan( \alpha )  =  \frac{4}{3}

Answer:

P = 4

H = 5

B = ?

P^2 + B^2 = H^2

(4) ^2 + B^2 = (5) ^2

B =

( \sqrt{25 - 16} ) ^{2}

B =√9

B = 3

Cos O = B / H = 3/5

Tan O = P/ B = 4 / 3
