When we need to find length of a rectangle we need to divide area by breadth. Length of a rectangle = Area ÷ breadth. ℓ = A ÷ b. Similarly, when we need to find breadth of a rectangle we need to divide area by length. Breadth of a rectangle = Area ÷ length.
