1. If the perimeter of a square is 24 cm, find its area.

Given perimeter pf square=24 cm

Perimeter of square=4×side

24=4×side

24/4=side

6cm=side

So side of square is 6cm

Area of square=side×side

➡6×6=36sq. cm
