ax²+bx+c , we get  

a = k , b = 2 , c = 3k

 

Sum of zeros is -2/k(-b/a) and product of zeros is 3(3k/k).  

According to the problem given,  

sum of the zeroes is equal to their product.

     

Therefore,

-2/k * 3

3k= -2

k= -2/3
