p = - 11

Given that :-

polynomial = $2x^2 +px+11$

sum of zeros = $\frac{11}{2}$

To find :-

the value of p

Solution :-

we know that

sum of zeros = $\frac{-(cofficient \ of \ x)}{cofficient \ of \ x^2}$

=> $\frac{11}{2}=\frac{-p}{2}$

=> $-p=11$
