( 1 )  g(x) = x + 1 = 0

      = x = -1

p(x) = x^2-3ax+3ax+3a-7 = 0

     = 1+3a-3a+3a-7 = 0

     = 3a-6 = 0

     = 3a = 6

      a = 2
