Using S=ut+21at2 ⇒30=u×2+21a×22

In next 2s, Displacement=50m ⇒t=4s , S=30+50=80m

⇒80=4u+21a×42 ⇒u+2a=20 ......2

Subtracting equation 1 from 2, ⇒a=5m/s
