35 questions attempted by her were incorrect.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the number of questions attempted correctly to be x

and the no. of question attempted incorrectly = y

Total questions attempted by Radha = 75 (given)

So, this gives us;

x + y = 75   ...(i)

Now, ATQ

Total marks Radha got = 125

For every correct answer, she gets = 4 marks

Total marks she got for correct answers = 4x

Similarly,

For every incorrect answer, she gets = -1

Total marks she got for incorrect answers = -1y

so,

4x - 1y = 125  ...(ii)

On solving the equations (i) and (ii)

we get,

x = 40

y = 35

Thus, the number of incorrect questions are 35.

To verify,

((40 * 4) + 35 * (-1)) = 125

(160 - 35) = 125
