JUSTIFICATION

since nikunj and kapil interchanges their position so nik new position is 21st from the left is the same as kapil's either position 8th from the right

so no. of boys in the row( 20+1+7) = 28.

Now kapils new position is the same as nik earlier position i.e 12th from the left

Kapils new position from the right is 28 -11= 17th
