1. In a quiz , positive 3 marks were given for each correct answer and negative 1 mark for each wrong answer. Sambit had 14 correct and 6 wrong answers. How much total marks will he get?

Mark obtained for correct answers=14*3
=42
Mark deducted for wrong answer=6*1
=6
Total marks = 42-6
=36

no of incorrect answers = 6
marks of incorrect answers = -6

total marks = 42 + (-6) = 36
