in places like Rajasthan and Gujarat the monsoon winds are not able to reach there. and even if they do reach those places all their water will already be drained

1. Flowing of rain water and its lack of management to harvest it.
2. Water becomes unsafe for drinking due to mixing of industrial and domestic waste.
