1.In an experiment of chlorophyll is necessary for photosynthesis, the plant is first kept in dark room for destarching it and then it is placed in sunlight for performing photosynthesis reaction and preparing starch, if the starch has to be present inside the leaf then why it is destarched ??

in the process of photosynthesis process glucose is made only by some basic factors which also include sunlight ..so its necessary..this experiment shows more its needed for the process it s nothing with whether starch is present inside or outside
