Number of mongo trees in 8 rows = 328

∴ Number of mango trees in 1 row = 328/8 = 41

⇒ Number of mango trees in 20 rows = 41×20 = 820

Thus, there are 820 mango trees in 20 rows in an orchard.

Step- by- step explanation-

This is a unitary method sum.

• To get the no. of trees in 20 rows, we need to find the no. of trees in 1 row.

= 328÷ 8 = 41

• There are 41 trees in 1 row. To get trees in 20 rows, we need to do multiplication.

= 20× 41= 820

Answer: There are 820 mango trees in 20 rows.

Hope it helps :)
