1. In APQR, P = 50° and ZR = 70°.
Name : (i) the shortest side (i) the longest side of the triangle.​

∠P = 70      

∠Q = 30

and we know that

∠P + ∠Q + ∠R =180

70 + 30 + ∠R = 180

∠R = 80

thus side opposite to ∠R is longest or  

PQ is longest side

In △PQR, ∠P=50 ∘

, ∠R=70 ∘

Sum of angles of the triangle = 180

∠P+∠Q+∠R=180

50+∠Q+70=180

∠Q=60 ∘

Side opposite smaller angle is shorter and side opposite to larger angle is larger.

Hence, QR is the smallest side, PQ is the largest side.
