1) Area of rectangle ABCD = l×b = 10×4 = 40 cm²

2) Triangle ABC is a right angle triangle because angel B = 90°

3) Area of ∆ABC = 1/2× base × height = 1/2×10×4

= 20cm²

4) it is of 4cm because when we draw perpendicular it will be parallel to CD

5) Area of BEC = 1/2 × b×h = 1/2×10×4 = 20cm²
