Answer:

BIC=110

Step-by-step explanation:

A+B+C=180

40+B+C=180

B+C=140

B andC will be equal bcoz the triangle is isosceles.

since,BandC are bisectors

therefore,

35+35+I=180

I=180-70

I=110

Answer:

BIC = 110°

Step-by-step explanation:

Triangle ABC is an isosceles triangle so angle ABC and ACB are equal

Lets consider angle ABC = angle ACB = x

x + x + 40° = 180°

2x + 40° = 180°

2x = 180° - 40°

2x = 140°

x = 140° ÷ 2

x = 70°

Therefore Angle ABC and angle ACB are both 70°

Again as angle IBC is the bisector of ABC it is tha half of 70° which is 45°. Same for angle ICB

ICB + IBC + BIC = 180°

45° + 45° + BIC = 180°

70° + BIC = 180°

BIC = 180° - 70°

BIC = 110°
