Given that,

In the measurement of three quantities A.B.C

The function of P is

P=\dfrac{AB}{C}

The value of A = 25±0.005

The value of B = 20±0.001

The value of C = 4±0.01

We need to calculate the percentage error in P

Using formula of error

\dfrac{\Delta P}{P}\times100=\dfrac{\Delta A}{A}\times100+\dfrac{\Delta B}{B}\times100+\dfrac{\Delta C}{C}\times100

Put the value into the formula

\dfrac{\Delta P}{P}\times100=\dfrac{0.005}{25}\times100+\dfrac{0.001}{20}\times100+\dfrac{0.01}{4}\times100

\dfrac{\Delta P}{P}\times100=0.275\%\approx0.3\%

Hence,  The percentage error in P is 0.3 %.
