The cations Na^+  ,Mg^2+ and Al^3+  have 10 electrons each. Ca^2+   has 18 electrons and hence is larger than the three.

Amongst Na^+  ,Mg  ^2+  and  Al^3+  , Al^3+  is the smallest. This is because the effective nuclear charge is most in this case and hence the electrons are attracted closer to the nucleus.
