(1)Inadequate and improper diet can lead to diseases.Because food is very important input to our body.It should be in correct quantity.If we are not eating properly our growth may affected.And,due to nutrional defect we may get diseases like  KWASHIKOR.

(2)Young children should be given adequate amount of vitamin rich food as it is age for them to grow.Vitamin A helps form and maintain healthy teeth, bones, soft tissue, mucous membranes, and skin. Vitamin B6 is also called pyridoxine. Vitamin B6 helps form red blood cells and maintain brain function. This vitamin also plays an important role in the proteins that are part of many chemical reactions in the body.
