An electric field can be induced by a magnetic flux and a magnetic field can be induced by a changing electric field. Both the fields can be observed as an Electromagnetic wave that is propagating.

However, since the induced electric field is based on, affected, and applied by the external source, it is possible to change the intensity of the electric current. Therefore, the power absorbed per unit will be more and so the induction of the magnetic field will also be observed more.
