Given:

  • T = {Set of natural numbers}
  • V = {Set of whole numbers}

To find:

Intersection of T and V

Solution:

Natural numbers are basically the counting numbers which start from 1 and extend till Infinity.

Whole numbers are the numbers which start from zero and extend till Infinity.

Note:

  • Natural numbers does not include 0 whereas,
  • Whole numbers include zero.

So the intersection of natural numbers and whole numbers would be:

T ∩ V = {Set of all natural numbers}

KNOW MORE:

  • Set of natural numbers is a subset of set of whole numbers.
