City life is better than rural life, not as sedate or peaceful, but more comfortable, with all mod cons available to you.

As well as there are more opportunities for people to progress in their lives and socially cities are more fun ,with cinemas, shopping complexes restaurants ,nightlife.

There is a lot more available for people in the city and they have more opportunities for making money, better job prospects and education like colleges and universities.

Better medical facilities and public transport services .

International hotels, banks, airports, bars, cafes, gyms, skyscrapers, and the hubbub of life.

1. We can't say anything in favour or against of this question because all human beings have their own opinions and interests. Some people prefer to live in villages because of clean environment and greenery which is found there. Also, they live in villages for agriculture and also for many reasons. On the other hand, many people prefer to live in cities because of the advancement of technology like electricity, proper water supply and medical facilities, educational institutes, schools etc.

2. It's not compulsory that they enjoy in slum areas. They may or may not. As slum areas don't have much facilities which are provided to the city residents.
