1)No, Griffin is not a honest person. Rather he is a lawless person. His landlord disliked him and tried to eject him. In revenge he set fire on the house. To get away without being caught, he removed his clothes and became invisible.

2) Yes, surely I would like to become invisible.
The advantages are--
i)we can do all the mischiefs we want to do.
ii)we can go in places where we are want to go.
iii)we can know what people talk behind us.
