1.IS H20 A COVALENT COMPUND OR IONIC PLS EXPLAIN DIFF. BETWEEN 2 IN SIMPLE.
2. WHY CHEMICAL FORMULA FOR SODIUM SULPHATE IN BOOK IS WRITTEN AS Na2SO4.10H20. SHOULDN'T IT BE ONLY Na2SO4.why is extra thing added.
3. FORMULA FOR BARRIUM CHLORIDE HAS .2 H20 WRITTEN IN IT . WHY..
4. WHY DO WE USE. H2O
5. WHY .H2O IN CASE 1 IS WITH 10 BUT IN 2ND CASE IT IS WITH 2 . DO WE HAVE TO LEARN THIS ALL.
6. SULPHUR HAS VALENCY OF MINUS 2 AND OXYGEN ALSO MINUS 2 . THEN HOW SO2 COMPOUND IS FORMED. PLS EXPLAIN ME ABOUT VARIABLE VALENCY WHEN IS IT SHOWN.
7. WHEN WE HAVE VALENCY 4. WHY WE DON'T WRITE PLUS OR MINUS. WHAT DOES VALENCY 4 SHOW.
8. IS THERE A WAY OF FINDING CHEMICAL FORMULA OF COMPOUNDS LIKE SUCROSE,ALCOHOL BY CRISSS CROSS METHOD. HOW TO DO IT USING CROSS METHOD.
9. DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN CL AND CL1-WITH A DIAGRAM.
10.AN ATOM HAS 2, 8,7 ELECTRONS IN ITS ORBIT. IT COMBINES WITH AN ELEMENT Q.Q HAS 1 ELECTRON IN ITS VALENCE ORBIT. WHAT TYPE OF BOND WILL BE FORMED BETWEEN P AND Q. SHOW WITH PROPER STEPS. ( U CAN INSERT ATTACHMENTS).
11. WHAT IS WATER OF CRYSTALLIZATION..
12. CAN WE HAVE VALENCY MORE THAN 4. OR 4 IS HIGHEST.
13. CAN WE TELL IF SOMETHING IS METAL OR NON METAL BY SEEING ITS VALENNCY. POSITIVE VALENCY METAL. NEGATIVE VALENCY NON METAL. THEN IF SOMETHING HAS VALENCY 4 THEN HOW TO TELL.
THANKS PLS ANSWER THEM. YOU MAY TAKE UR TIME 10 DAYS. THNKS IN ADVANCE. YOUR KNOWLEDGE WILL INCRESE IF YOU'LL HELP

H2O is covalent compound .
the simple difference b/t both is that covalent compound is formed by non metals
And ionic by metal and nonmetal.

We add (.H2O) because of water presence in them. Water is found in the crystalline framework of their other main compounds. That's why we present it with the dot thing. They can also form a complex structure. We can't figure out by observation that what molecules of H2O would be needed for any reaction. We get that value by experiments.
(I JUST GAVE YOU THE THEORY , I HOPE YOU'LL FIGURE IT OUT FOR THEIR RESPECTIVE QUESTIONS
6) You'll learn more about this in 11th std and 12th std.
In this case O will have oxidation State of (-2) and S will show (+4). I could have wrote the whole but I would take time (I'm in 12th . I'm having My prelims now)and you could be still confused possibly. please check YouTube videos on this topic. there are many good lecture videos on them.
I will complete this soon. don't worry
