no it is not justified to prevent tribal from staying in the core area of the forest as they are not harming any thing there.

In fact they are helping to keep our environment pollution free by growing trees, plants, etc. They help grow the communities and all they do is to care and nurture the plants. But if u see in another way, most of the times they kill animals for food and rarely depend on the fruits and veggies produced by the plants
