2)- The advantages of skipping rope are :- a)- It helps to burn calories.
b)- Build Aginity and Quickness.
c)- Increase Bone Density.
d)- It's good for our Brain.

3)- It helps to burn your calories ( 10 calories burn by skipping a rope for 1 minute) . It also helps to strengthen your legs, shoulders and arms.
If you skip a rope for 10 minutes in a day. Then you can burn 3000 calories in a month.
