1. Ships floats in the sea, when iron parts of ships come in contact with the sea water, it gets corroded because of action of sea water and air on them. Therefore for durability of the ships it's necessary to replace some parts of ships during every years.
2. Paws of polar bear are wide and large because the large paws of a polar bear act like snowshoes, spreading out the bear's weight as it moves over ice and snow. . It creates friction between the ice and bears foot to prevent slipping.
