• Leaders rely on the ideas and working of followers. It is also referred to as a Collaborative Approach.  
• Leaders are accountable for much more in the organization than any individual follower's apprehension, feelings, and performance.  
• Each follower is a part of the leader's larger system and should realize that his or her actions influence the whole.
• The best followers make the best leaders as they view the people they lead as their equals–people with their own concentrations thoughts, and ideas.
