3*pens=15

cost of pen =5

cost of pencil box

4pens+4pencil box=100

let pencil box be x

4(5)+4x=100

20+4x=100

4x=100-20

4x=80

x=80/4

x=20

cost of pencil box is 20 ..it is not less than 15
