One KW is the power or energy per unit time. 1000 J/s is the power.

In general we know that, E=HV.

Where E=energy of a single photon,

H = Planck‘s constant and

V=frequency of the photon and

Now simply equate as power = energy/sec.

Even Suppose photons are emitted per second, then we can say- Power=nHV.
