Answer:

1. Epithelial cells safeguard the body. These are tightly packed acting as a barrier between the exterior and the interior. Additionally, as they are able to stretch they induce movements, maintain homeostasis and some of these cells are receptors collecting signals. They are found lining various body structures, helping in absorbing and transporting nutrients to be used up. Some other epithelial cells synthesize and release enzymes in the stomach. Furthermore, some of these release hormones into the blood vessels, are involved in breast milk production, mucus secretion in the nose and more. They perform a range of functions depending on the location where they are found and shape.

2. Difference between Inventory and voluntary Muscles

Voluntary muscles are cylindrical long and unbranched in shape whereas involuntary muscles are small and spindle-shaped. 2. Voluntary muscles are multinucleated whereas involuntary muscles are uninucleate.

3.Cuboidal epithelium has cells whose height and width are approximately the same. Columnar epithelium has cells taller than they are wide.

4. Cardiac muscle tissue works to keep your heart pumping through involuntary movements. This is one feature that differentiates it from skeletal muscle tissue, which you can control. It does this through specialized cells called pacemaker cells. These control the contractions of your heart.

5. Simple cuboidal epithelium consists of a single layer cells that are as tall as they are wide. The important functions of the simple cuboidal epithelium are secretion and absorption. This epithelial type is found in the small collecting ducts of the kidneys, pancreas, and salivary glands.

hope it helps
