We know that it is a square because all sides are equal and angles made by the sides are 90⁰.

So,in a square,if the length of a diagonal is 6cm the the other diagonal also is 6cm. They meet at the centre which divides the diagonal into two equal parts. So,

PM = MR = SM = MQ = 3cm
