a²-b² = (a+b)(a-b)

(1) 1-(m+n)²

=> (1)²-(m+n)² = (1+m+n)(1-m-n)

(2) 1-(x+y)²

=> (1)²-(x+y)² = (1+x+y)(1-x-y)
