Given,

Mahima covers in Monday = ⅐ of her journey

Mahima covers in Tuesday = ¾ of her journey

To find,

The amount of portion of her journey that she has covered so far.

Solution,

We can simply solve this mathematical problem by using the following mathematical process.

Here, we just need to add the two portions of journey covering, of Monday and Tuesday.

Total covered journey

= ⅐ + ¾

= (4+21)/28

= 25/28

(This portion of journey she has covered in the last two days.)

Hence, she has covered 25/28 of her journey so far.

Given :  Mahima covers one seventh of her journey on Monday.

She covers three fourth of journey on Tuesday.

To Find :  How much portion of journey she has covered so far

Solution:

Assume that Total Journey  = 28D

Mahima covers one seventh of her journey on Monday.

Hence covered on Monday  = ( 1/7) 28D  = 4D

three fourth of journey on Tuesday.

Hence covered on Tuesday  = (3/4) 28D  = 21D

Covered  total = 4D + 21D = 25D

portion of journey she has covered so far = 25D/28D  = 25/28
