(2)Create a 4-bit Johnson Shift Counter with initial data of 1011,
where the first and second flip-flops are twisted.
Create an output table for the first 10 clocks and draw Timing Diagram.

First clok: retrieve 1011 data
2nd clock to 5: Slide data left, with additional data "1"
Clock 6 to 9: Slide data to the right, with additional data "0"
