Explanation:

Q1- Animal cells do not have cell wall, while Plant cells do have it.

Plant cells have a vacuole for storing wastes etc, while animal cells generally don't have vacuole.

Plant cells have plastids, while animal cells don't.

Q2- A prokaryotic cell does not have a well-defined or structured nucleous, i.e. the chromosomes lie freely inside the cells.

Q3- The plasma membrane provides the entry and exit of only selected materials through the cell. Hence, if it is not there or breaks down, then the cell has chances to die out soon since foreign bodies like viruses can attack the cell.

Q4- There would had been no protein storing endomembrane system in the cell.

Q5- Mitochondria is the powerhouse of cell because it performs the cellular respiration in order to get ATP molecules, known as currency of cells which makes the run and function.

Q6- In the endoplasmic reticulum, lipids and proteins are synthesized.

Q7- First, the amoeba relaxes it's pseudopodia, and then further, it captures it's food the time any food particle is near to it. This whole process is known as endocytosis.

Q8- Osmosis is movement of any solvent across a semipermeable membrane toward a high concentration of solute.

Hope it helps...
