1. Food
2. Fresh Water
3. Shelter
4. Clothing

Then apart from the above commodities we have other commodities which man can live without but still uses them for a comfortable and easy life. For example;

1. Fans in the house
2. A nice comfortable bed to sleep. etc

Then comes the luxury commodities. These commodities are used by man to live a lavish life but they are not easy to gain. luxury commodities are very expensive and man can live without them. Examples of lavish commodities are as below.
