• The Karakoram Range is a mountain range spanning the borders of Pakistan, China, and India.
• The Ganga river originates from the Gangotri glacier of the Western Himalayas of Uttarkhand. The river flows towards the Nothern parts of India and drains in the Bay of Bengal.
• The Western Ghats is a mountain range covering the west coast of the Indian Peninsula. It travels through Karnataka, Kerala, Goa, Maharastra, Gujarat, and Tamil Nadu.
• The Deccan Plateau stretches the entire southern peninsula of South India of the Narmada River. It is bounded or bordered by the Eastern and Western Ghats.
• The Narmada River originates from the Amarkantak range of Madhya Pradesh and drains in the Arabain sea.
