a) yes, measurments are very important in market... they measure grains etc by using kilograms, grams and milk with liters etc and some instruments they use are measuring tape and ruler in tylor shop.

b) it is very important to check those instruments time by time because if they work incorrect they can measure wrong and can mislead .. with costomers...
