The location and the roles of spleen in human body, are as follows -

• Location :

The spleen is located in the upper left abdominal region, under the diaphragm and behind the ribcage,of the human body.

• Roles :

1) The spleen acts as a filtration organ of our blood.

2) The spleen also regulates the amount and quality of the RBC in our blood.

The centrosomes organize the microtubules during the cell division which give structural support for the cell and that's why the centrosomes are important in the animal cell division.
